Improving the quality and life expectancy of the patient when using medical decision support systems

Abstract
Any systems of support for making medical decisions should be considered, first of all, as medical technologies helping to improve the process of providing medical care to the patient. Experience shows that these systems can significantly improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment of many socially significant diseases.
