Simulation training of students of the faculty of “general medicine” in pediatrics

Abstract

Simulation education is a relatively new, but rather promising direction, rapidly developing and modifying in the conditions of modern medicine. The authors present the experience of implementing simulation training in the educational process of students for mastering practical skills in pediatrics according to the thematic plan of the 4th year of the faculty of "General Medicine" in the conditions of the simulation Center. The results obtained reflect the positive aspects of simulation learning: student confidence in professional skills, reduction in medical errors, and student satisfaction.
