Andrey Fedorov, Russian Society of Surgeons. Professor of the Chair of General Surgery of Evdokimov MGMSU, Moscow. For the improvement of the surgical care qaulity objective assesment of basic laparoscopy skills is needed. The FLS course is offered to be basic oattern for it.
