Development of simulation training and accredited emergency medical care programs: the experience of the Traveling Doctors organization in the Republic of Armenia

Abstract
Since 2020, the organization "Traveling Doctors" (TD) has been implementing projects to develop simulation training and advanced training of medical personnel in the Republic of Armenia. Over 6 years of work, more than 4,000 people have completed qualification programs and trainings: doctors of various specialties, secondary medical staff, as well as participants without medical education.
