Abstract
The thesis presents the preliminary results of the introduction of an original methodology for teaching nursing staff communication skills using author's mnemonic speech forms (GOST, BUG, FOP, PIR, ROW, etc.). The training is conducted on the basis of N. N. Blokhin National Research Medical Center of Oncology in the format of mixed groups (senior and ordinary nurses). The experience of conducting 30 trainings (covering about 200 people) has demonstrated that concise mnemonic forms significantly increase the survival rate of skills in real clinical practice and form a unified supportive environment within the nursing team.
