Abstract
The practical orientation of student training is a priority in medical educational institutions. VR technologies provide for multiple repetition of the manipulation algorithm without the presence of a mentor in conditions as close to real as possible, and allow the use of several modes of training: lesson, performance, and exam, regardless of the location of the student and the availability of simulation equipment. We have evaluated the effectiveness of the implementation of RUMEDIUS digital medical educational system in the educational process of RUDN Medical Institute students.
