The Future of Simulation Education in Medicine: Trends, Challenges and Opportunities

Abstract

The multifunctional simulation center is organized on the basis of the Republican Clinical Hospital (hereinafter MSC). At the MSC, medical college students practice their skills on simulation equipment in a virtual hospital. "Seamless" training is conducted here. Training events for the average medical professional contributed to the prevention of undesirable events, reduction of financial costs for treatment and patient stay in the hospital, organization of continuous training of medical personnel, increase in the quality and safety of medical care.
