The Labor Function "Providing Emergency Medical Care" for Specialists with Secondary Medical Education Is a Myth or Reality for Practical Healthcare

Abstract

The article presents the experience of training specialists with secondary medical education (specialties: medical treatment, ambulance and emergency care, nursing, pediatrics) in emergency medical care skills within the framework of the state project on the advanced training program "Provision of emergency medical care by specialists with secondary medical education" (72 hours, full-time and part-time) with using simulation technologies. The problems and prospects of training paramedics (including ambulance and emergency care), nurses (including pediatrics) have been identified.
