Abstract
Simulation education is an effective tool for preparing dispensary nurses for advanced clinical practice. A study conducted at Viamedis clinics showed that knowledge levels remained stable for up to 12 months, and skills for early diagnosis of chronic disease complications (diabetic foot, CKD) improved, as well as patient adherence to therapy and the quality of outpatient visits. The implementation of simulation technologies contributes to improving the quality of medical examinations and reducing the workload on doctors, which is crucial for the healthcare system in Kazakhstan.Начало формы
