Abstract
The simulation team training "nurse – therapist – profile specialist" allows to improve the quality of dispensary supervision of chronic patients. The nurse conducts an independent reception, identifies warning signs and forms a route, the therapist corrects the treatment, the specialist completes the case. This approach increased the accuracy of identifying signs by 25%, the team's consistency by 30%, improved routing in 85% of scenarios. The technique reduces the load on doctors, prevents an unjustified queue and strengthens the nurse's role in the polyclinic.
