Abstract
The professional standard of an anesthesiologist-resuscitator includes the ability to perform efferent methods of detoxification, including prolonged venovenous hemodiafiltration. However, during the clinical residency program in anesthesiology-resuscitology, mastering the methods of efferent detoxification at the bedside of a critically ill patient presents certain challenges. We have found a solution that allows for practical training in simulated conditions
