Assessment of the Survival of Professional Competencies in Neonatal Resuscitation

Abstract

The health and well-being of children require improving the quality and accessibility of medical care and medical education for specialists. According to the experts, the basic level was successfully mastered by the young specialists, and there were no failures in the algorithm of actions during the entire project. By the final stage, there were no inaccuracies or gross errors. Based on the results obtained during the project, the department plans to publish scientific articles in specialized journals to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of the changes that have occurred.
