Abstract
One of the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and beyond 2036 is to increase the total fertility rate to 1.6 by 2030 and to 1.8 by 2036. The national project "Long and Active Life" (2025-2030) places great emphasis on providing medical organizations with qualified personnel. It is important not only to reduce the shortage of doctors but also to improve the qualifications of medical professionals. Currently, there are simulation centers for professional development, where you can hone your skills.
