Abstract
The medical consultation includes 2 scenarios: "Collection of complaints and medical history" and "Counseling". The first one focuses on establishing contact and gathering information, which is important for trust. Open questions and the absence of interruptions contribute to the disclosure of problems. Effective interaction helps the doctor identify complaints and formulate a preliminary diagnosis. At the counseling stage, it is important to identify the patient's position and level of awareness in order to correlate his perception with the doctor's opinion. Understanding the patient's experiences and providing support in times of anxiety are also important aspects of the interaction.
