Development and Implementation of Effective Technologies for Training Surgical Nurses to Ensure Surgical Safety of Medical Activities

Abstract

Large-scale changes in healthcare technologies today dictate the need for educational organizations to introduce the most effective technologies and modern forms of education. The article presents the experience of the MSC Botkin Hospital in the organization and implementation of continuous training of surgical nurses in the field of electrosurgery, surgical suturing devices and suture material to ensure surgical safety with maximum immersion of specialists in the professional environment by integrating training directly into the workflow of the operating room of the Moscow Multidisciplinary Scientific and Clinical Center named after S. P. Botkin.
