The Role of the Simulation Center in the Formation of a Patient-Oriented Model for Training Medical Personnel

Abstract

Communication skills are a professional competence of a doctor. The aim of the work was to introduce communication skills into the educational program of residents. A questionnaire was used to identify a deficit in mastering communication skills. A work program was developed, according to which training was conducted to compensate for the identified deficit.
