Communication Skills in Primary and Primary Specialized Accreditation

Abstract

The article analyzes the composition of persons who have completed the stations “Collection of complaints and medical history” and “Counseling” in the framework of primary and primary specialized accreditation for the second half of 2023 and the whole of 2024 on the basis of the Khanty-Mansiysk State Medical Academy. The gender of the accredited persons was taken into account. The relevant stations› checklists were sorted and processed. The results have been obtained — significantly more difficulties arise at the “Consulting” station almost throughout its entire length. The methods of communication at the Complaints and Medical History Collection station differ between graduates of the specialty and specialists with clinical experience. Some patterns in communication have been identified depending on the gender of the accredited persons.
