Abstract

The quality of medical specialists’ training is closely related to the effectiveness of practice-oriented training and an objective assessment of clinical skills. Sanitary and epidemiological service specialists are often involved in emergency situations such as epidemics, man-made disasters or natural disasters. On the ground, they can be the first to encounter victims, and their ability to provide first aid can save lives before emergency services arrive. In this regard, the discipline “Emergency care” was introduced into the educational program of “Medical and preventive medicine” for students of the 2 year.
