Abstract
Primary accreditation of specialists is aimed at assessing the clinical competencies of medical university graduates. The greatest number of questions arise when performing the second stage of accreditation station "Physical examination of the patient", where a randomized choice is made between examining the respiratory, cardiovascular systems and the gastrointestinal tract. The main changes in this station are related to the fact that starting in 2023, due to the digitalization of medicine, an automated system for assessing the conclusions of an objective study has been introduced.
