Abstract

The most difficult part of training young professionals is the skills of decision-making, communication, and role allocation. To develop these skills, Kursk State Medical University conducts business games simulating the operation of an ambulance and disaster medicine station. Starting with oral exercises and board games, the authors aim to diversify the mechanics of the game and increase engagement. The result was a model of an entire region with a city, villages, enterprises and natural areas, where participants physically move by special transport and fully provide the entire pre-hospital stage in normal and emergency conditions.
