Abstract
The paper presents the process of compiling a psycholinguistic portrait of a "difficult" patient. Based on the data obtained, the "difficult" patient appears as having personal characteristics, characterized by conflict behavior, including resistance to treatment, characterized by the severity of the disease, difficulties in diagnosis and treatment, on the one hand, requiring additional efforts from the doctor, and on the other – stimulating his professional growth. The results of the study can form the basis of educational trainings on medical communication, as well as mechanisms for semantic annotation of texts.
