Abstract

The article discusses the key aspects of the organization of simulation training for secondary medical workers at Marat Ospanov West Kazakhstan Medical University. Simulation technologies make it possible to repeatedly practice clinical skills, improving the quality of specialist training. The training includes modeling of various situations, which contributes to better assimilation of the material, reducing the risk of errors in real practice and increasing the competence of specialists.
