Abstract

In the modern system of medical education, the development of communicative competence is a prerequisite for the training of a qualified medical worker. Successful acquisition of communicative skills allows improving the quality of medical care provided to the population. For this, the learning process must be continuous: from student years to practical medical activity. M. Ospanov West Kazakhstan Medical University has extensive experience in teaching communicative skills, both at the pre-graduate and postgraduate levels of education.
