Simulation Training of Medical Workers of Tyumen Region in Emergency Care within the Framework of the Project "Attention! Children's Life!"

Abstract

According to the Global consensus statement on simulation in healthcare, developed by the world's leading experts in the field, it is necessary to integrate simulation training into everyday clinical practice and medical education. The simulation should also be available to specialists working in rural areas, as well as supported by the health system and educational institutions. In Tyumen region, as part of the implementation in 2023-2024 of the project "Attention! Children's life!" conducted simulation training of emergency care for children for pediatricians, paramedics, nurses.
