Abstract
The article presents data from an experimental study that examines how the developed training program improves the communication skills of endocrinologists in the treatment of adolescent patients with chronic somatic diseases (using type 1 diabetes as an example), which in turn contributes to improving the quality of communication between the doctor and the patient and increasing compliance in patients.
