Formation of Personnel Management Competencies among Bachelors of Nursing at Tyumen State Medical University

Abstract

The discipline "Human Resources Management in a Medical Organization", included in the educational program for training bachelors in nursing at Tyumen State Medical University, includes two modular units: Fundamentals of Human Resources Management and Human Resources Management in a Medical Organization. Its relevance is confirmed by the results of employment of bachelors in nursing as senior nurses, continuity of training in the master's program in Nursing Management, and the opinion of employers.
