Abstract

To develop professional competencies of mid-level medical personnel, team trainings with role distribution together with students of the medical university were used for students of medical colleges. As a result, it was revealed that practicing isolated practical skills is insufficient for developing high-range professional competence. Team trainings allow forming real professional competencies of both medical and mid-level medical personnel, allowing to adjust and consolidate technical and non-technical skills.
