Abstract
The Olympiad movement is widespread in medical education. The purpose of the study: to assess the role of the Olympiad movement on the example of the "All-Russian Olympiad in Pediatric urology-andrology using simulation equipment with international participation." More than 100 medical students participated. Olympiads are an effective way of career guidance and a platform for improving knowledge and skills. The traditional competitive format no longer meets the needs of participants who need additional training modules, master classes, and feedback trainings.
