Abstract

The effectiveness of management activities in healthcare is characterized by the use of professional knowledge by managers of medical organizations. Used at the Department of Public Health and Healthcare of A. I. Evdokimov Moscow State Medical University in situ simulation technology allows students to develop the necessary competencies in accordance with the requirements of the professional standard “Specialist in the field of healthcare organization and public health” based on the integration of knowledge and practical experience in using management decision-making tools.
