Designing a Simulator for Endovideosurgical Thyroidectomy through the Axillary-Nipple Access

Abstract
Endovideosurgical interventions on the thyroid gland are being actively introduced into clinical practice.The anatomical complexity of the intervention area requires additional simulation training for surgeons, which, among other things, is possible with the help of special dummies.The work performed is aimed at studying anthropometric data and, based on them, the angular parameters of the access and the operation of the instruments necessary to create a mannequin that allows training the main stages of endovideosurgical thyroidectomy through the axillary-nipple access.
