First Experience of Conducting the “Expert In Medical Simulation Training” Course

Abstract
The use of simulation teaching methods in secondary and higher medical education has become systematic in recent years. Along with the rapid and massive spread of new educational methods, inevitable natural problems arise, such as a lack of qualified personnel, especially management. To solve this problem, a unique “Medical Simulation Training Expert” course was developed and first implemented in 2022-2023.
