Analysis of the Linguistic Aspect of Communication (Using the Example of Electronic Medical Consultation) when Developing Communication Training

Abstract

The work is devoted to the study of the linguistic aspect of medical communication with its subsequent implementation in the training of doctors. The study was conducted on the basis of electronic medical consultation dialogues, the analysis of which made it possible to trace lexical and grammatical patterns in the interaction between the doctor and the patient. Training in the peculiarities of verbal interaction (in particular, within the framework of electronic consultation) can significantly increase the effectiveness of communication.
