Implementation of Simulation Training Programs as a Part of Continuing Medical Education of Obstetrics and Gynecology Doctors in Perm Region

Abstract

As a part of the implementation of the regional program of continuous medical education of obstetrics and gynecology doctors in the Perm region, aimed at reducing maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality, simulation training programs have been developed. The topics of the programs include algorithms for providing specialized care for emergency conditions, such as severe preeclampsia /eclampsia, obstetric hemorrhage, etc. The implementation of the programs will improve the provision of obstetric and gynecological care in Perm region.
