Surgical Olympic team as a Way to Develop Motivation among Students and the Realities of Senior Life as a Cause of Demotivation

Abstract

Team building is the process of forming a team whose members are united by a common goal, have well–developed procedures for coordinating their actions in achieving concrete results, and are mutually responsible for the results of their activities based on a common vision of the situation. This thesis is devoted to the formation of positive motivational characteristics of students taking part in the Olympic surgical team of Far Eastern State Medical University, and the study of factors that reduce this motivation.
