Abstract
The modern development of the healthcare system today makes high demands on the level of training of future specialists with a secondary medical education. The use of simulation training in the process of education of future medical workers, as well as professional retraining and advanced training of medical workers, makes it possible to prepare highly qualified, competent personnel who have successfully passed accreditation and carry out their professional activities in medical organizations.
