Abstract
We present five years of experience in individual educational trajectories of bachelors of nursing at the Tyumen State Medical University. The most demanded individual educational trajectories for students are organizational, managerial and psychological-pedagogical. For employers, clinical nursing practice. Individual educational trajectories improve the quality of education and professional mobility in the labor market.
