Evaluation of the Influence of the Simulator "TOPSET "TutorMAN"" and Facilitation of the Teacher on the Effective Mastering of the Skill

Abstract
The authors compare two teaching approaches in mastering the medical manipulation "intravenous injection", assess the degree of influence of the TOPSET "TutorMAN" simulator and the trainer of practical skills among undergraduate students of "Medical University of Karaganda". Despite the great interest of students in high-tech simulators and peer-reviewed automated algorithms, stable knowledge and skills are formed while working with a teacher who contributes to the development of students' clinical competence through the use of soft skills.
