Analysis of the Effectiveness of Training Using Simulation Technologies

Abstract

The study of the effectiveness of training in the state institution "Republican Clinical Simulation Center" of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as the RCSC) using simulation technologies allows us to evaluate the real effectiveness of medical simulators at different levels of education, to identify the opinion of students about the effectiveness of training, to determine the goals and needs for simulation training , evaluate the effectiveness of training using simulation technologies, determine the priority types and methods of training, find out what place simulators occupy in the structure of medical education.
