Simulation Training for Students and Clinical Residents in Surgery at the Bashkir State Medical University

Abstract

An important feature of simulation training is that it makes it possible to hone skills and abilities in the conditions of our center in a short time, using modern simulators in conjunction with the preparation of presentations and briefings. Each lesson focuses on one topic. Classes begin with the formation of the relevance of the issue and statistics. In preparation we used six levels of realism in the educational process.
