The Importance of Professional Retraining in the Taught Specialties for the Staff of the Simulation Training Department

Abstract
Due to the fact that the teachers of the Department of Simulation Education teach not only students, but also residents and doctors of various specialties, they must regularly improve their knowledge, skills and abilities through advanced training and professional retraining in order to maintain their professional competencies and improve the level of the educational process. The presence of several specialties for a teacher in different disciplines is a necessity dictated by a new approach to simulation training.
