Abstract
Employees of the National Research Institute of Microsurgery in Tomsk have been developing modern microsurgical technologies for many years and have been teaching beginners or established surgeons this technique for more than 10 years. The training program includes both a practical and a theoretical part, which makes it possible to eliminate many errors and improve the quality of medical care.
