Organization of a Simulation Workshop to Prepare Residents for Primary Specialized Accreditation

Abstract

The article was prepared on the basis of the current regulatory and legislative documentation in the field of accreditation of healthcare professionals in the Russian Federation and the positive experience of organizing a simulation workshop to train second-year residents of S. P. Botkin City Clinical Hospital of the Moscow Health Department for the second stage of primary specialized accreditation — assessment of practical skills in simulated conditions.
