Abstract

Mastering practical skills with the help of simulation technologies has a number of advantages over traditional methods. An important role here is given to teachers and their involvement in the development of innovative pedagogical technologies. The study considered the motivational aspect of involvement — the level of participation of teachers who use simulation equipment during training sessions, the assessment of the performance indicators of the teaching staff in terms of the use of simulators.
