Psychology of Cooperation with Colleagues

Abstract

When applying for a new job, specialists experience communication difficulties for a long time. Over time, relationships improve, within a large organization there are many informal groups that arbitrarily unite into a kind of network. The formal structure and tasks daily unite specialists who begin to depend on each other in many aspects. Consideration of the relationship of healthcare professionals to establish more effective methods of communication, which will subsequently contribute to professional activities, is the main idea of this work.
