Regular Assessment of Practical Nursing Skills in a Multidisciplinary Private Clinic

Abstract

The GMS clinic has accumulated experience in conducting certification of nursing staff in practical nursing skills, as well as in communication skills. An assessment system has been developed, new stations are being introduced, and old ones are being improved. Senior nurses, chief doctors, and a training center are involved in the work. Certification helps to maintain uniform standards of work, teach new standards, assess the qualifications of nurses, and improve the processes of providing care within the clinic.
