Adaptive Preparation of Residency Graduates for Primary Specialized Accreditation

Abstract
The assessment of the level of stress associated with the passage of the second stage of primary specialized accreditation for 50 residents. The role in its reduction of the adaptive additional training program with the implementation of the process factory and the use of lean manufacturing tools, which allows to minimize losses and ensure quality, is shown.
