Abstract

Modernization of outpatient and polyclinic care, including a pandemic time, supposes the involvement of each employee in the process of optimizing medical activities and maximum focus on the patient. In this regard, the training of primary care specialists must include training in the elements of lean production and mastering the skills of joint work of the doctor-nurse tandem, which will allow graduates of medical universities and colleges to be prepared for professional activities in a real polyclinic service.
