Abstract

For the first time, endoscopic practice in our country began in 1976, by order of the USSR Ministry of Health No. 1164. The post of endoscopist was introduced in a polyclinic, one rate per fifty thousand patients, in general hospitals, inpatient clinics and in oncological dispensaries and oncological hospitals, one rate per hundred beds.
