Реферат: В статье представлен пятилетний опыт проведения группового структурированного клинического экзамена (ГОСКЭ) для студентов 5 курса специальности «Общая медицина» в Карагандинском государственном медицинском университете. Исходя из собственного опыта и международных рекомендаций, авторы представляют методологию организации и проведения подобного экзамена для оценки навыков командной работы и клинического мышления студентов при оказании неотложной медицинской помощи.

Five-year experience and methoology of Group Objective Structured Clincal Examination (GOSCE) conducted for the «General Medicine» students of the 5th year in Karaganda State Medical University (Kazakhstan) is presented. GOSCE is dedicated for evaluation of the team work prformance and clinical decision making.
