В статье описывается технология ступенчатого обучения лидерству для закрепления ответственности за себя и членов команды, выдержки, умения управлять коллективом. Проведение таких занятий повышает мотивацию к обучению и обеспечивает персонифицированный подход к обучаемым.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Communication of doctors of different specialties and teamwork when providing emergency care to a patient is one of the priority areas of training. We describe the technology of stepwise leadership training to consolidate responsibility for oneself and team members, endurance, and the ability to manage a team.
